Sindh Minister for Women Development Shaheena Sher Ali has taken notice of an acid attack on a woman in Ibrahim Hyderi and directed police to take immediate action against the accused.
According to initial information, the woman’s husband allegedly carried out the attack. The minister said the suspect has been on the run since the incident and that orders for his immediate arrest have been issued.
Ms. Sher Ali said acid attacks on women are brutal crimes and cannot be tolerated.
