Pakistan Air Strikes Target Terrorist Hideouts
Pakistan carried out calibrated air strikes in Afghanistan targeting terrorist hideouts, killing dozens and destroying weapons, as part of Operation Ghazab lil Haq.
The information ministry said the strikes were well‑planned and precise, targeting hideouts of Fitna al Khwarij and Fitna al Hindustan, groups linked to the banned TTP and Balochistan‑based militants.
Initial reports indicate 22 terrorists were killed and large quantities of weapons and ammunition were destroyed. Pakistan emphasized that the strikes were conducted with maximum precaution to avoid collateral damage.
The ministry reiterated its commitment to regional peace and stability while warning that Afghanistan remains a hub of terrorism threatening Pakistani security.
