ISPR Denies India’s ‘Neutralised Terrorist’ Claim
Pakistan’s ISPR denied Indian claims that a Pakistani soldier was neutralised in Kashmir.
During a press conference on Oct 1, 2026, Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry presented Mohammad Asif, who had been named by Indian media as a martyr.
Asif, a former Pakistan Army and Special Services Group member, stated he was alive and healthy, contradicting the Indian narrative.
ISPR highlighted that the Indian claims were part of a false flag operation and called for evidence.
The spokesperson warned that Pakistan’s armed forces were prepared for any retaliation and urged India to provide proof.
