Rash Driving Case Filed After Viral Video

A rash driving case has been registered after a viral video showed a black car dragging a motorcycle with a man on its bonnet in Rawalpindi. The incident was captured on Sept 25 at about 11:25pm.

The case, filed at New Town police station, cites Sections 279 and 427 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The black vehicle struck a white Honda Civic, and the driver of the white car was seen on the black car’s bonnet while the motorcycle was dragged. No arrests have been made, and the drivers remain unidentified.
